Isinglass Liquid - 2 oz

Isinglass is a protein fining agent that is made from fish swim bladders. It is typically used as a fining agent in both red and white wines.

Directions: Gently stir 2 fluid ounces into 6 gallons of finished wine or beer. Allow 2-3 days to clear. For maximum brilliancy, wine should be filtered before bottling.
