Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in the Rogue Valley. Most orders are ready for local pickup within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive an email when you order is ready for local pickup. Please check the website of the local pickup location listed below for store hours.

Returns

Thanks to our neighbor, Sona CBD who is sharing their storage room, we are able to offer a selection of LME, DME, and malted grains in-house. For additional selections, brewers may also order malt online and pick it up in store at no additional expense. GFHB is a DEDICATED gluten free facility, therefore NO conventional malt may enter the showroom floor due to the potential that it may contaminate the gluten free malt.

Product availability dependent on BSG Handcraft and Brewmaster current inventory. Any out of stock products may be fulfilled when restocked or exchanged for another product of equal value.

A replacement or refund may be requested for any product(s) due to manufacture defects. Digital photos of any defects may be requested. Please contact us via the Contact Us page or email to explain the problem and receive instructions on whether and how to return the defective product(s).
