Allows you to draw samples and take a hydrometer reading at the same time. Faster than using a regular test jar, it lets you return the wort to the fermenter with less risk of infection, cutting down on losing any of your finished product. Efficiently draws wine and beer samples. Also takes hydrometer reading simultaneously. Sanitize the unit before use, then take a sample, reading and then return the sample back to the fermenter.
