pH test papers. 100 strips per vial, range 4.6 to 6.2.

Recommended pH range by enzyme:
SEBAmyl BAL 100: 5 - 6.5
SEBAmyl L: 5 - 6.5
Termamyl (120 Type L): 5.5 - 7

Remember malt will lower the pH of your strike water, so take your readings after you add your malt to the water in your mash tun!
